Privacy overview.
Veltris Group is registered in Cyprus. This page summarises how we handle personal information in connection with veltris.info and introductory business contact. It is not legal advice.

What we collect. When you email us or use forms on this site we process identifiers and message content you provide (name, email, company, brief, attachments). Technical logs from hosting and analytics may include IP address, User-Agent, and approximate location at a network level.
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool that does not use cookies for measurement, does not track visitors across unrelated sites, and does not build individual profiles for advertising. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous. We do not use Google Analytics on this site, which keeps our EU-facing pages free of a marketing cookie consent banner for analytics.
Why. Responding to enquiries, preparing engagements, invoicing where relevant, security, troubleshooting, aggregated statistics on traffic and performance, and where required by law.
Bases. Legitimate interests in operating a consultancy and website; contractual steps at your request; consent where optional cookies or newsletters require it; legal obligation where applicable.
Processors & transfers. We use subprocessors under written terms (email, hosting, form delivery, analytics) which may operate in the EU, UK, US, or globally. Where the EU GDPR applies we rely on appropriate safeguards such as SCCs where personal data crosses borders.
Retention. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any follow-on engagement, then deleted or minimised subject to legal or accounting holds.
Your rights. Depending on applicable law you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.
Children. Our services are aimed at businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Updates. We may revise this page when our practices or regulations change. The top of the page reflects the current notice; material changes will be indicated by date or summary where practical.
